"Federica Mogherini, also warned there was no military solution" so let's get 4000 troops ready to provide one, and maybe stockpile some equipment for them. While we're at it, why don't we put those supplies closer to the Russians than to us? What can go wrong? "The summit will agree to stockpile supplies in eastern Europe so that equipment and ammunition are waiting for the force when it arrives". or...so that American-armed, American- supplied Russians are waiting to welcome the force, whichever comes first.
