Van Nguyen, the table you posted shows the blatant pro-Intel bias of Business Week. Forutnately, any investor worth his salt knows that an endorsement from Business Week is the KISS OF DEATH, whether it be a company or the market in general.

The cost of production of a K6-166 is no different than the cost of production of a K6-233 or a K6-200. Also, the cost of production of an Intel PENTIUM MMX, 233 MHZ is no different than the cost of production of the 166MHz MMX.

The fact that business week chose to label the AMD rows "166 MHz" and the INTEL rows "233 MHz" shows that they were blatantly massaging the data to support their PRO-Intel story line and that their editors are too stupid to pick it up. Anyone who actually subscribes to this magazine should write a letter to the editor immediately.
