Three concerns come to mind:

1. 180-day lockup selling into any buying, and

2. other providers will certainly hasten to match QWST's news, and

3. this is a terrible time for high p/e, no p/e stocks.

On the other hand, maybe the fund's are just completing their analysis of the news and will buy later in the week. They can be a little slow.
