Presidents do inherit works in progress (Bush inherited the "belly flop" because it was already in progress under Clinton; Bush inherited the recession and of, course, 9/11, because it was all 'in progress.') A president deals with whatever problems are presented. He doesn't blame his predecessor, other than perhaps an occasional statement of fact. Obama disagreed with the Iraq War, we know -- but when he ran for office he knew he'd have to be there for the unwinding. And in fact, he repeatedly took created for prematurely withdrawing troops until it turned into a train wreck. Biden called it one of the great successes. During the election it was a great campaign claim. Then, after it became a mess, what did he do? Start blaming Bush for the SOFA terms. Worst. President. Ever. Makes Carter look like a pro. Makes Nixon look like the world's most honest man. I can't believe you're still defending this idiot.
