But how much blame and personal responsibility goes to him, his family and the local community? Still not sure whether the officer just lost it in the heat of the moment but keep in mind MB had just committed three crimes plus a misdemeanor so his state of mind at that point was probably a bit off to put it mildly..Can't wait for the toxicology report.. I highly doubt with 99.9999999% certainty this officer with a six yr clean record was on a mission to hunt down a young black man that day as the race baiters want us to believe..
