Did EFI hold a conference call and is there still a replay?

Bill, obviously my chart reading is not perfect because I did not short in time to catch the big drop in EFII. I look at the daily trading effects to try and see when smart money is selling a stock in anticipation of bad news that is not yet public on stocks which I feel are fundamentally over valued and likely to have bad news coming. Thus the signals are:

1. Fundamentally over valued.
2. Bad news likely.
3. No recent bad news.
4. Price suddenly trends down on light to moderate volume.
5. No big buyers, trend is clearly down.
6. Stock not responding much to market, seems to have its own agenda.

EFII had given me enough of these signals that I was watching, but the fall came before I was convinced to go short so I missed it......
