Scott, I'm not farmiliar with MVSI(W) but it sure is an interesting chart for today!! Do you have any idea how much the market cap had to be raised by their warrant call?
I'm hoping to learn from this experience what to expect with my next opportunity to participate with warrants.
In Bingo's situation the market cap would have to (nearly) double in a few days (39) to keep price from falling, with no obvious source for the dough.
What percentage of market cap for MVSI does their warrants represent, and how long was the exercise period?

Thanks, Ricardo

Scott: 500,000 warrants traded in the last day! I gotta wonder about that number, especially in light of some of the discussion I've heard here recently regarding exactly what gets counted in volume numbers. I am beginning to think that, in situations like this (MVSI and BNGO), what IS and what is REPORTED, may be two VERY different things.

Scott- To answer part of my own question (what % market cap increase due to warrant exercise?) from yahoo profile & news MVSI;
1-Market cap. ~ $62M
2-5M class A Warrants @ $4 = $20M
3-82M/62M ~32% increase in market cap. since Oct.30

Somewhat different than Bingo;
1-Market cap. ~ $28M
2-3.4M warrants @ $5 = $17M
3-45M/28M ~61% increase in market cap.

They both have what I would consider SHORT exercise periods, however BNGO has nearly twice the nominal market cap increase.

My original question was, what % increase in market cap. would be necessary to keep price unchanged?

I don't suggest these figures are accurate, just looking for order of magnitude now.

What's it all mean?? Ricardo
