Paul,

If we sell don't worry I'll be out of here! I don't care who the buyer is!

It seems PHG is still trying to get its act together by selling
divisions. Ratings are looking good but the price curve doesn't. I would expect PHG to move up with the techs, but where is the bottom and where is the year-end rally??. Trader here says people are still selling to take profits.

I have a personal interest in the co, don't own any at the moment,
have a few calls.I would take the normal( for me) approach, buy
a few shares, if it moves up 15% buy more. If it tanks by 12%
it gets sold. Overall, trying to make a quick buck in the techs
( especially with the silly analysts comments) has not worked well
lately. So I have gone for a stock split on FOM( 3/1)
announced yesterday, and a bank (bcom) with exceptional business
interests, while keeping all Dell
Good luck
