Um, you do realize that Obama doesn't write these things? If someone wants to cheat, it just isn't possible to nail down all of the contingencies. Right now, there isn't much to be done. ISIS is stirring up trouble outside of Syria and that has priority. That will change soon, and Assad will be dealt with at that time. I swear, if Obama showed he could walk on water, y'all would be up in his grill at how this proves he can't swim. And by some tortured chain of "logic" it means he can't govern at all...
