Apple already has two-factor authentication
To be more clear, I should have said that they should apply it more broadly and practically. Right now, it doesn't cover iCloud Backups and other things, which provides an easy opportunity to hack. While the celebrity content is getting a lot of attention, many non-celebrity accounts are compromised by the same methods and the content is being distributed on 4Chan and other venues.
