That's why I watch Court TV or Jerry Springer...I never learn anything from CNBC after the first half hour in the morning.

There is a bit of divergence going on...we have the dow up 85+ and the ticks are minus about 100. This is not good for the overall market. I think.

Looks like the drillers are inching up just a bit.

Sounds like the kind of plays I've been making this last Month (whipsaw city). All three major indices are up yet we're still stuck in the mud. Maybe if the DOW goes up 250, S&P 20,and the NAZ 30 we can get out of this hole. I don't get it, so many bargains; so few buyers.
