Anglo-Canadian Mining (URA-V) Sept 4th 2014 has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to an exclusive due diligence period to evaluate Gestim cells adjacent to Balmoral Resources Ltd.'s recent nickel and PGM (platinum group metals) discovery located in Quebec. Anglo agrees, if it is satisfied at any time during the 14-day due diligence period, to acquire the 100-per-cent interest in the claims; it may do so for 5.1 million shares of the common stock of Anglo, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange and regulatory approval. The cells are adjacent to BAR and located approximately three kilometre northeast of the BAR discovery drill hole discovery announced May 20, 2014, and the Aug. 18, 2014, announcement where BAR intersected 45.28 metres grading 1.79 per cent nickel, 0.19 per cent copper, 0.42 gram per tonne (g/t) platinum and 0.88 g/t palladium, and 53.08 metres grading 1.62 per cent nickel, 0.18 per cent copper, 0.36 g/t platinum and 0.88 g/t palladium, respectively. Anglo is currently conducting research on any historical documentation for past work done in and around the subject claims. James A. The property that is the subject of this LOI has not been the subject of National Instrument 43-101 and Mr. Turner has not verified the technical data disclosed in this release.
