I think that all this noise from SC about outlawing VGM's is keeping
would be buyers from pulling the trigger. Even a confirmation of the
Darlington deal may backfire since this represents more losses if SC
outlaws VGM's. Had this news came a week from now we would have been fine, but it didn't, and people are holding off.
