Your points are well taken. It appears that Dirks is both biased and extreme. But don't throw the baby out with the bath water just because the water is dirty. If CNC is a good company, "this too shall pass".
If it isn't, then I appreciate seeing all issues raised for MY evaluation, whether it is from a guy with an axe to grind, or not.
I am not a trader. If someone knocks a stock down for no valid reason,
I appreciate the buying opportunity he gave me.

Good points that raise questions about Dirks and his contradictions. He has to this point still not answered my simple, direct questions. Until questions such as the ones you have posed have been answered, it is difficult to properly weight Dirks claims into the investment decision making process.
