Inode, And Bush did precisely what the federal government was supposed to have done. Rather than argue over boundaries between federal, state, and local authority, I'd rather see FEMA transcend those boundaries and get all levels of government working efficiently during a time of crisis. That's why I held Bush responsible. But not to extent where I accuse him of "not caring about black people" like Ted and Kanye West believe. Rather, my criticism is only based on the notion that government should do SOME things well. Disaster relief is one of them. Potholes aren't partisan. Tenchusatsu

Unlike you and Ten, I understand fully what happened. You think you do but you don't. And Bush did precisely what the federal government was supposed to have done BUSH WAS AT A FUNDRAISER WHILE NOLA DROWNED. IT WAS NOT WHAT THE PRESIDENT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING.
