The Chg % column is not a link to another place. It sorts descending, so I can quickly see which stocks on my page are up the most, and if I don't want to scroll down, above the stocks without a symbol, a second tap of Chg % sorts ascending. It's the only useful recent change which saves me time and is valuable. New, to the right, is unnecessary for sorting, IMO. Tweaking the design so it works on small devices is a good idea. I don't need to sort by any other columns. Only by Chg %.

recognize that 47 people recommended Sam's post and realize how many of us think this was a VERY bad change to make!! Dima can take a look at the 47 people who don't like the logos and compare that to the hundred+ moderators/emcees who have implemented the feature. That said, the logos are unreadable on my Droid, mini iPad, Windows cell phone. They take up very valuable real estate. This is definitely a "feature" that should be made optional. I will add that the extra space on the Droid makes it easier to tap on what I want, but the logos are useless. I think everyone is impressed with Dima's expertise as a programmer. He's shown he knows how to code. What would really be impressive is if he would fix the text editor and add some useful features to that - at least bring it up to the same level as other sites. Since he's shown he likes graphics (i.e. the logos), why not make it easier for us users to add graphics without having to manipulate them using another program before having to use the little picture icon.
