I have only been physically violent once in my life. When I was about 11, I shoved Dean Taylor during a game of kickball because he didn't understand the concept of a force out and wouldn't leave first base after I got him out. After I shoved him, I was on the ground and in a Full Nelson in a the blink of an eye. (He was a wrestler.) That was the end of that approach to conflict resolution.
