They are systematically arranging society in as slow a manner so as not to attract too much attention. I can only advocate making as many people as possible aware of what the U.N., federal, state and local governments are doing regarding A-21 and asking them to get involved. It's important to be aware of town council agendas. If A-21 is on the agenda, people need to make sure they and their neighbors attend those meetings and speak to the facts to counter the movement. It helps to understand "The Delphi Technique." People need to be prepared to obstruct and/or crush this unscrupulous behavior. vlrc.org
