A couple RELEVANT facts to consider: If the company issued all its authorized shares the company would have $50M shrs. At $.08 this gives the company an approximate MV of $4M. Their BV, very conservatively, is $9M. This, coupled with the fact that there is oil there and production should be starting at any moment tells me that this is a great buying opportunity and that the co. is extremely undervalued. I think Mr. Burditt is doing a great job - he got the money from the convertible and wammo! - 4 wells drilled and more going. I could care less how he has ownership - it's more important to consider that he DOES have ownership and that it is in his best interests for the share price to move up.
