Wait 'till you have the Packard Bell service experience. Pray NOTHING goes wrong with your system. My money says that 2---300 bucks would have probably bought more computer guts and better service. Interesting that Computer Shopper magazine rated gw2K #1 for repeat sales. Over 70% of their customers go back and buy their next one from Gateway. If they're like me, they shopped carefully, saw what was in the marketplace, and went back for the best--Gateway.

Vince,

You get what you pay for with a Pacard Bell, they are not made that well , a lot of corners are cut and basically their machines are low end in comparison to DELL , Compaq or Gateway.
I also read another post you made about GTW being in the teens in 3 months if there is not a buyout. That would mean that GTW would be at
1/2 price to sales, 3 times current book , 6X cash flow.
Maybe you want to re-think your conclusion ???
