Whether to prosecute or not does not depend on one's political philosophy. Where did I say he is a right or left winger. Your post is all over the place. Goes from political beliefs and political beliefs to one's economic beliefs such as in Keynisian. So I didn't read past your note. What part of my post did you not understand. It was as simple as prosecuting someone to serve as a deterrent to future acts of a similar nature versus tightening the existing laws and regulations to achieve the same goals. As simple.
