Am not aware of any news. I saw an interesting editorial in today's San Diego Union Tribune touting private prisons (in particular WHC in Florida). Apparently prisoners are better treated at WHC facilities, cost less per prisoner, and they experience less recidivism. Yet Florida politicos feel prisoners are not being punished enough at facilities like WHC. Make you wonder if those politicians have their heads screwed on correctly. Tulvio
