Ted, the only reason why Obama isn't hitting 25% is because the economy is doing relatively well. If the economy goes to hell in a hand basket just before Obama leaves office, he will officially become the "Worst. President. Evar." So you gotta ask yourself, can Obama keep the bullish economy rolling for another 2.5 years? If so, back up the truck. Otherwise, find a good place to sell and brace yourself for all of the "You shut up, you voted for Obama" posts. Tenchusatsu
