Hi Wayne:
I have not contacted CVIA since the email response from
Arnold; I am just going to sit tight until the 25th. By
the way, thanks for posting the information you obtained.
Any idea on why the MMs dropped the bid today? It was a
very quiet day, yet the bid dropped from Friday's price.
Actually, it really may be irrelevant--just curiosity.

As far as the two releases are concerned, here are my
thoughts:
1st release--(hopefully) Discloses the private company's
name, along with a signed letter of intent.
2nd release--(hopefully) The financials of the private
company, and more details about how the shares will be
affected.

**Assuming I am correct about the first release, the thing
taking the most time is probably an audit of the financials of the
private entity.

Wayne, thanks for posting the message. I haven't communicated with the management in two weeks, it's a waiting game now, the mgt won't disclose anything for "obvious reasons" no matter how hard we try.

What we all can do though is keep an eye on their website (you remember how it was updated the night before the last press release?), this way we may get ahead of the game by, say, 12hrs or so, and discuss the possibilities of this merger before the stock starts moving. Wouldn't it be nice? ;-)

P.S. D‚j… vu: The MM's lowered the bid again
