Keynesianism hasn't happened, except 1/3 of the Stimulus Bill in '09. Beyond that, all government has reduced employment, which is anti- keynes. The jobs program Obama can't get passed? Keynesian. The infrastructure/highway bills which aren't being passed? Keynes. Spending on new missiles for Israel by somebody? Military keynesianism. Possible spending here by off-shore NATO nations behind Ukraine and or ISIS? Military keynes, very good for us, not good for them.

QE is only cuz nothing else was being done.
