-- I just visited the Vivus manufacturing site in Lakewood, NJ.

1. It's at 1200 Paco Way. Sign said PACO. No sign said "vivus."

2. Parking was overflowing. In fact, cars were parked out on the street. I'd say about 250 - 275 cars in all.

3. I talked to a couple gentlemen out front - blue collar types - smoking cigarettes. Very friendly. Confirmed they were making pharmaceuticals inside.

4. I walked in and put a job application in. Personnel people pleasant but too busy to talk to me about the jobs they had open.

5. Before I got to the personnel office, security stopped me. This security guard was dressed so sharply that I thought he was almost a cop. Friendly and gave me directions to the personnel office.

6. The site at 1200 Paco way has been expanded. The back wall is freshly painted white cinder block. You know it's an addition b/c it prevents the back parking spots from being used. Instead, there's a "tow away zone" warning signs where cars use to be able to park.

7. In the back, there were several tractor trailers backed in to the loading dock. One truck, the size of a bread delivery truck, was bran new, and had the name "PACO" painted on the door.

8. On the side of the building, on the grass, was a tractor trailer with a refrigerator unit attached. But the unit wasn't on. Either the temp outside, about 38 degrees, was either cool enough, or there wasn't anything in the trailer.

9. The lobby had x-mas tree and wreath - all lit up.

10. All the cars in the lot had "NJ" license plates. I didn't see one out-of-state plate - nor did I look at each one.

11. The employees coming out of the building - saw only like 5 or 6 - were taking off hair nets.

12. Finally, I was driving off and noticed another PACO sign a little ways up the road. Drove in. Saw about 8 or 9 tractor trailers. Lot had maybe 100 to 150 cars spread out in it. This building had to be the length of 2 or 3 football fields - if not more. Perhaps this is their new facility - the 90,000 sq foot one?

13. These are the observations of a cpa. Hope they help. Out.

Gary,

-- sorry about that - but does anyone know if PACO manufacturers for anyone else besides Vivus?

Out.
