One more questions, Cook mentioned that you can use your Apple Watch for Apple Pay but I noticed that Apple Watch does not have a touchid so how does that work? And can you use your watch to pay for a cup of coffee after a run without your iPhone in your pocket?

Someone on twitter said he was told that the watch, which stores the credit card info locally in a secure enclave, had to be authorized with a PIN while the user is wearing it. Once authorized, it stays authorized as long as the watch maintains contact with the user's skin. Seems kind of interesting, but unlike actively engaging the fingerprint sensor in the iPhone 6, accidental taps to pay seem more likely.

Do you still have to deal with paper receipts and signatures with Apple Pay? If so, is there any real user benefit here?
