JDavies,

I agree with your analysis. Only I would add to those who are still hoping for a miracle...
Do you really think a company like TM would risk giving a contract to a vendor that's on the brink of bankruptcy for the basis of a new big marketing campaign for a new product? Also, if TM was ready to go, would they let QDRX fall apart like this?

No way! TM would be risking a major black eye in the marketplace if QDRX couldn't deliver. They would never risk it. Obviously, this opinion is based on the currently available information which admittedly is scarce.

Now, one scenario I'm working with is TM sitting in the sidelines, watching this all unfold and looking to buy in at a fire sale. I mean any businessman worth his salt could see this fool Palermo allowed TM to back them into a corner where their survival was literally dependent on this one deal. You think TM didn't know this?

Realizing the investment and time necessary to groom another vendor, either TM wasn't confident enough of the technology to pull the trigger or they purposely starved the fool to make their own changes to allow a more palatible partnership.

All I do know is, Argus will not play games. They will cut right through the BS and find the facts. What they find will be ugly and Jimbo's performance will be duly noted, but rest assured, they will specifically be searching for anything of value. This would include actual status of the TM deal. Only then will we know for sure.
