Humbly report, Bob, the link I just posted talks about the best - the real Budweiser (Budvar): Message 2462010 Can't get it in the US as far as I know, for reasons explained in the above link. Radegast is therefore my first choice on these shores (available all over NYC, and maybe elsewhere, but not in the Midwest), for two reasons. One, tasty. Two, cheap. Incredibly cheap for an import. Number two choice may be familiar to you - Pilsner Urquell. Not so cheap, and imported it's not so good - unless you find it on tap. Doesn't travel well bottled, and dies in the can. When it's good, it's excellent, and is said to possess healing powers. Many a Czech doctor perscribes one-a-day for stomach problems. Nothing like a rum with a Budvar chaser. Yum! Na zdravi!
