not accurate conclusion, due to globalization many prices where falling and not rising. Also the quality of many products increased as was productivity

The analysis is too simplistic, of course we are in a financial asset bubble and time will tell if it will deflate slowly.

One example as an indicator for inflation the cost of your underwear and socks and price of crude oil which are/where quite steady
