Does anyone remember when the VSGN and the BORL stockholders are supposed to vote on the purchase? For Borland, will it be in February (when I presume is the earliest the annual meeting could be held considering the new fiscal year ends on Dec 31)?

I am anxious for the sale to complete or go away. It seems like the stock will be stuck in limbo until that happens.

RE: VSGN / BORL Ratio Update.

Right now, we have about a 5% premium:

Bid: BORL 9 1/16, VSGN 7. Ratio 0.7724. Premium 5.8%.
Ask: BORL 9 3/32, VSGN 7 1/8. Ratio 0.7835. Premium 4.4%.

As expected the large premium for the bid returned to a more normal range.
