Tbolding has been banned for violating the thread rule about polite discourse. It's a shame. This thread has been unmoderated until now. I had to have CodeMonkey change it to moderated so I could give those two the boot. They are both gone now. Everybody else, keep doing what you were doing: polite conversation on books. Polite is mandatory. I'm not strict about keeping on topic, but no politics or religion, unless it's in the context of a book review or something similar.
