<Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac ended up buying the crap loans that had been created. In that way, they were enablers< Exactly.. If we had oversight and regulation over the "enablers", then there would have been no market to sell the "crap loans too". The Securities market would not have exploded. Do you regulate on the Supply Side or the Demand Side? Bush and his advisers attempted to blow the warning siren. Congress (D's) weren't interested and instead were planning their Congressional Recess adventures. Congress (D's) maintained there was "no risk, and no problem". Sorry, you can't blame it on the President, when Congress won't act. Funny, lot's of people around here say the same thing when it comes to Obama and the House. The House (R's) are obstructionist, and Obama can't get anything done. So it's the (R's) Congress fault. But, when the tables are turned 180 degrees, Suddenly, It's the Republicans President's fault, because the (D's) in Congress won't cooperate. It is complete Hypocrisy and only exposes that you have sold your credibility, integrity and you soul to your Political Ideology. And so it goes, PCSTEL

You are right tejek, I am from another planet. For as long as I can remember. I never understood why little boys should not play with little girls. I never understood way people were racist. I never understood why men and women should not be understood as equal, or people had bad feeligns about gays. Every culture I looked at was discriminating against some one and almost all of them were keeping women down for no reason at all. IMO, women are the superior gender so that makes keeping them down by brute strength really fucking nutso! In 23 countries women are still genitally mutilated. I am not Ok with that shit. All people on earth are equal and demand the same rights and respect. And yet I see most cultures think what I believe is nuts. So I have always felt either I am nuts, or they are nuts, but one of us is definitely nuts. And I think it is they that are nuts. I just cannot see equality and compassion as being nuts.
