Yes, I think it will. But the size reduction will not be justified by the cost -- in terms of either dollars or human suffering.

The objective was never about better health care, cheaper health care, better access or any of those things.

It was about political power over people. There is really no better way of controlling people other than controlling their access to health care. And that's what they've done.

Today, I had yet another provider tell me he is dropping out of Medicare, which means patients needing that specialty will be driving to Little Rock or Memphis, at least 70 miles, to see a provider if they're from this town.

I just don't see how that is helping people.
