Carl: I wonder...why do you like the idea of a buy-out of Noram? Buy-outs are not always a great thing for shareholders. Frankly I would like things to stay the way they are for awhile. In any case, I think this buy-out talk is just a bunch of chatter right now without basis. I can't see the insiders (who own more than half the company) wanting to sell out right now when things are just getting underway.

I would only like a buy-out if it was at a huge price, like $65 per share, because I think the stock has a chance to go that far on its own for those who choose to hold.

Just my opinion...comments?
