So, the forensic evidence is that he was not shot in the back. How do these witnesses square that fact with their story that he was?

From what I understand, some of the forensic evidence is guesswork.

The eye witnesses say he was running away, the cop shot and Michael flinched like he was shot. As it turns out, he has a wound on his right arm(I think) that looks like it was from behind...
