CJ, so Brown's family and attorney ordered an autopsy in order to get someone, anyone, to testify that Brown was shot in the back.

And all they could get from that autopsy was "he and Dr. Baden could not determine conclusively the trajectories of the bullets that hit Brown—or which direction he was moving—when he was shot."

Meanwhile, the credentials of Prof. Parcells is being challenged:

Looks like Parcells isn't a licensed pathologist.

Let's face it. There's a mountain of evidence suggesting that Brown was approaching the officer in a threatening way when he was shot, and that Brown had reason to given that he robbed a convenience store. There is scant evidence that Brown was shot in the back or shot while he threw his hands up in surrender.
