Bob,
I'm running out of patience too !!! The merger was cancelled because it was deemed that it would be dilutive, and I suppose a 50% reduction in share value and coming to within 1/8 of the 52 week LOW would not be considered a dilutive situation !!!! Buddy was right on, with his call on managements total disregard for shareholders !!! There should have been some sort of corporate response with regard to the downgrade, the royalties issue and the steady decline we've seen. There's only 2 weeks left in the quarter, I would think they should have been able to release some positive earnings news to prop the share price up. I've wondered too if we're seeing market manipulation going on here, since there's been no negitive news except the downgrade and that doesn't warrant the chopjob GT has gotten over the last week. Something stinks, the stock wasn't hammered this bad last year when they prewarned.
Cheers
Bill
