<No. Those are the vast storehouses Russia got for Obama from Assad.< OK.. So not the storehouses of Chemical weapons ISIS overran in Iraq... Got it... Obama, via Russia took the Chemical Weapns from Syria, which in theory, removed them from the grasp of ISIS. While at the same time, ISIS overran a chemical weapons depot in Iraq, (which did not contain chemicals at all), which Iraq then reported to the UN that they could not destroy the chemical weapons, (not there), that they had pledged to destroy (that the UN said were there) according to a UN agreement..
