Again are all SA countries being grouped here??? I mean lets face it can be difficult to do interstate business not to even talk about inter NAFTA business. I know that in the small town that Im in you can gt eaten alive too, lots of Mexicans here to but I be talking about the Gringo, better know who you deal with and you had better been here a long while ...Im sure that is extrapulated in SA....but I do believe that some of the Governments are not as corrupt as others...And lets not forget there is no government that is run by man that is not corrupt. We are in a world economy and almost every country is gonna wanna be a player..no?? Salute.................
