Cheney will lie about what enhanced torture gave him, so he certainly won't think, "I've got the weapons, but I'll never give mice elf the satisfaction of telling the country, 'I told you so, you pukes'". You're going some, when you accuse Cheney of withholding evidence which would make Cheney look like the smartest and wisest guy in the universe.
