The Corporate tax rate s/b zero. Corporations in reality don't pay tax, it is passed along to consumers in the form of higher cost. A lower or zero, corporate tax rate would result in higher wages, higher dividends (taxable t the individual level, and lower costs. The only downside would be to the hordes of attorneys, accountants and consultants making a living off advising companies how to legally evade taxes. The USA would see a huge influx of capital and investment.
