Hi Heg,

As indicated in the previous note to Tom, this TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP could happen as soon as tomorrow; however the chances are that it will take longer. It is rare for a technical delayed dip to occur the next day although it has happened. It normally occurs within a 10 day period, but closer to the 4-7 day period

From the subjective, I would think that the psychology of the marktet is that during the first leg of a reversal after a strong down-draft, many are still cautious and nervous, and take the first opportunity to get out. This could be one of the reasons for such a dip.

The only time so far that a reversal was not followed by a technical delayed dip was the correction in October. Within the past 1 1/2 years which I have been following the market, that was the first time it did not happen. If you recall, I had originally called for the TTD then, but changed my position after noticing technical signs that it would not retrace back to the 6900-7000 range.
