If each CST share will be converted to .72 shares of EVI doesn't that peg EVI at $57/share?

CST is 41.125 divided by .72 = $57

Math was never my strong subject. Does that seem right?

Sam

They already owned 8.5% prior to this announcement. Can't remember what I read on CST except that it was a very good plug from some analyst recommending the stock. As an aside...Halliburton is very diversified besides just oil service...and it hasn't hurt them. i guess it depends on the pricing they attribute to each others stock value. If EVI is valued higher than present then the stock should jump.
