I'm glad about it, but I would have preferred an all cash deal. You usually don't get deals that are this accretive to the acquiring company. Hence my thought of a White Knight. Without receiving the tender yet in the mail. I'm assuming the cash and stock deal will total 35 on the day of completion. It will be interesting to see if there is a shop around clause and what a breakup fee might be.
