Dave

MU is in heap big trouble.

1. YOu can and should discount A/R. There is always a problem such as Credits not given for retuned merchandise, defective merchandise for which RMA not yet issued, lost merchandise, invoiced but not shipped, invoiced and sent to a warehouse just to get it out of inventory, invoiced to customers without purchase orders. Only insiders know what is actually done to spruce up the balance sheet and income statement. Its liek a pyramid scheme that eventually ends.

2. Inventory should be discounted due to defective and obsolete products in the warehouse as well as market price being down. A good accountant would carry inventory at 'lower of' cost or market.

3. Not much inventory reduction since last month.

4. Not much A/R reduction since last month.

5. Market price of inventory on hand keeps dropping.

Those that placed their bets on Snake Eyes before tomorrow will hit the jackpot. I am not sure we will get a chance for any more bets. Expect a gap down. But then Mu may keep going down even after the gap down. With MU, as Larry says, Who knows??
