Clark or anyone,

Can anyone give a timeline as to when 256MB DRAM will be produced? I remember reading about an IBM?? plant to be built in the South as part of a JV but was wondering when these chips would actually come to fruition. It would seem(to me at least) that the move up the ladder must begin if any DRAMers are to be profitable. At the declining rate we are currently seeing DRAM prices fall, it won't be long 'till there a prize in my morning cereal.

TIA,

Brian
