Income statement is used to determine EPS. What was posted was a balance sheet, which is used to track assets and liabilities.

Steve, I think Dave's point was the payables are high and they may be streaching out payment for cash flow purposes. The associated cost is in earnings or work-in-process, which is a balance sheet item. Is it Larry's duty to listen and report on the spin of the conference call? Did MU trade on instinet or selectnet after release of report, not that that necessiarly matters all that much. I think it will be tough to spin these earnings as good, or not so bad, but future is another matter. Regards, DWW
