It is Obama who has gotten additional thousands killed. Better than a gunslinger like McCain and Bush II who would have gotten additional thousands killed

There were 2000 American troops killed in Afghanistan vs. 800 during Bush's eight years. Little Bammy's Arab Spring has killed 200,000 people in Syria alone. If you total the others killed in Libya, Egypt, Iraq, etc. Bamhole's DEATH TOTAL is well over half a million and we have not even seen the full effects yet.
