Not too bad Pete, and I don't think they wrote off the kitchen sink, which likely means more bad news to come. I need to look over the financials, as if they will tell me anything -g-, but there isn't really much they could charge off to manage earnings, ala GE. Tough to do much with Lehi or the IRS will be on their back, big time, so the only other big cookie is an agressive inventory writedown. What would be nice would be to see memory product sales mix figures and ASP. Finally I don't think the institutional guys will buy the CNBS spin. BWDIK Regards, DWW
